Role -HIC Internal Cloud Virtualization Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology or a related field

5 years of experience in supporting VMware environment and the technologies including vSphere vCenter vROPS NSX and SAN

Strong Experience with development and automation tools eg vRealize Automation Ansible git gitlap Jenkins for deployment and orchestration

Proficient in capacity management and performance tuning within virtual environments

Responsibility

Monitor and manage capacity planning of internal cloud environment to ensure optimal resource utilization and performance

Design and develop infrastructure automation using tools like vRealize Automation Ansible

Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues with crossfunctional teams to ensure the platform stability

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive the delivery of new infrastructure and features

Provide support to customers enquiry
