Role Spec MS Dynamics 365 CRM Architect

Contract Duration : 6 months + Possible extension

 

Location : Hybrid (Occasional travel is required in Bradford)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics MSD CRM Architect to work within our Business  Technology Architecture function

You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing CRM based solutions that align with our business objectives The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM functional architectural expertise and a proven track record of successful Dynamics 365 implementations

We are in the process of migrating our work and asset management processes from legacy platforms to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM SAP S4 HANA ERP and ESRI ARC GIS overhauling the colleague and Customer Experience 
The programme of work includes several proof of concepts PoCs and pilots to improve process prove new technologies and conclude with a phased rollout across the entire Yorkshire region
This is an exciting project to be a part of providing the opportunity to design solutions based on modern technologies as part of a multiyear programme of work that will modernise the way we manage our customer and operations processes

The role will be responsible for the CRM Roadmap further design and assurance of solutions within our MS Dynamics platform as well as continuous engagement with our delivery partners to ensure a best practice approach to implementing a Dynamics CRM solution within a utility domain

The successful candidate MUST be able to work autonomously across a number of programme streams with confidence collaborating effectively with system integrators to deliver a future proof and scalable design when it comes to utilisation of the MS Dynamics CRM platform
Another key expectation of the role is to deliver a CRM strategy and roadmap addressing current pain points and enabling business outcomes identified in the business plan

Responsibilities
Technical  Functional Leadership  Provide technical guidance and design leadership in CRM architecture staying abreast of the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM updates and adopting where appropriate
Delivery of an MS Dynamics strategy and roadmap aligned to Modernisation programme objectives and company strategy
Technical Proficiency  In depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization configuration and integration capabilities
Integration  Contribute to the design and implementation of seamless CRM integrations with ERP and GIS systems ensuring optimal data flow and enhancing overall system efficiency
Architecture Documentation  create and maintain CRM architecture artefacts including architecture diagrams high level design and decision notes

Skills and Experience
Communication  Excellent communication skills are a must with the ability to convey complex design concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders influence outcomes and be pragmatic when required
Collaboration  Proven ability to work effectively in cross functional teams across complex end to end designs and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to assist in defining Features and User stories
Strong architectural functional and technical experience of designing and implementing comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions including integrations with other enterprise systems eg ERP GIS 
Experience leading the delivery of MS Dynamics CRM strategies and roadmaps
Strong understanding of the MS Dynamics 365 CRM data model and core processes required for an implementation
Experiencing acting as design lead on complex implementations with other knowledgeable consultants when it comes to CRM solutions integrated with ERP systems in our case SAP S4HANA
Experience mapping end to end architectures within a complex system landscape inclusive of data and integration design
Experience supporting D365 integration designs using MS Power Automate for API based integration scenarios
Experienced working with large design and delivery teams to drive great outcomes a blend of client and Systems Integrator resources
Experience leading or contributing to programme governance forums with regards design decisions
 
Desirable
Experience of designing solutions integrating MS Dynamics CRM with both SAP ERP and GIS platforms using modern integration techniques
ERP knowledge and experience asset management
Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Azure API Management to deliver event based interfaces
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
