Job description

Role: Senior AS/400 Application Developer

Location: Krakow, Poland

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days/Week)

Language Proficiency:  Polish (Mandatory) & English

Mode Of Employment: Permanent / B2B

Responsibilities:

·         Programming on AS4 00 technologies viz RPG 400 RPGLE CLLE SQL

·         Define Test Plan and perform unit and string testing

·         Provide support for User Acceptance Testing Post Implementation

·         Resolve issues reported by users based on criticality of the impact on internal and external customers

·         Extensive knowledge on AS 400 platform includes RPG 400 RPGILE CLLE SQL 400 SQLRPGLE and DB2 400 is necessary

·         Hands on Experience on change management tools TURNOVER TAATOOL HAWKEYE

·         Experience on Web Service development on AS 400 platform is preferred

·         Working experience on Integrated File System Net Working concepts on AS 400 platform

·         Demonstrated experience in application development complex code development application t esting and component design

·         Experience on Travel Domain is an added advantage

·         Strong problem solving and analytical skills

·         Good understanding of technology architectural concepts

·         Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to a nontechnical audience

·         Ability to create technical documentation

·         Strong teamplayer and selfstarted attitude Competencies Technical Skills Known

·         Professional development experience on AS 400 platform

·         Solid unders tanding of programming concepts

·         Bachelor s or Masters Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering MS or related field
