Experience Required: 16+ years of experience in Data Engineering and SAP technologies.

Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Certified Data Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP Data Engineering, working on data integration, migration, and transformation projects. This role requires hands-on technical skills, along with experience collaborating with senior management and delivering large-scale projects for reputed enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Engineering & Integration: Design, develop, and maintain scalable SAP data pipelines. Work with SAP HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Data Services, and SAP S/4HANA to integrate data from multiple sources. Optimize data processes, ensuring efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, design technical solutions, and implement best practices.

Data Migration & Transformation: Lead large-scale data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and quality. Develop and execute strategies for transforming legacy data systems into modern SAP environments. Implement data governance practices, maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with senior management to align technical solutions with business needs. INNOVATION STARTS HERE Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, business) to deliver high-quality data solutions. Lead a team of junior data engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability. Conduct performance tuning of SAP HANA and other data platforms to meet enterprise requirements.

Technical Support: Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of SAP data solutions. Troubleshoot complex data issues and work towards their resolution in a timely manner.

Requirements:
SAP certification in Data Engineering or SAP HANA.

16+ years of experience in data engineering, with extensive SAP ecosystem experience.

Hands-on expertise in SAP HANA, SAP BW, SAP Data Services, and SAP S/4HANA. Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and ETL tools. Strong knowledge of data integration, migration strategies, and data architecture design. Excellent understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.

Proven experience in working with senior management and delivering enterprise-scale projects. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of cloud-based data solutions such as SAP on AWS or SAP on Azure. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and modern data architectures.

Experience with advanced analytics and machine learning on SAP platforms.

Databrick certification on data engineering will be addon Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
