Role - Service Delivery Manager + Data Source Lead
Location – Warsaw/Madrid
Mode of Employment – Permanent

 

Job Description:

 

As a Service Delivery Manager (50% of the role), you will have a global geographical scope and be accountable for the maintenance and evolution of our eDiscovery, Data Privacy, and Information Governance solutions. Your primary focus will be on delivering value to our consumers by ensuring their needs are at the center of our services. You will be responsible for establishing processes, allocating resources, and monitoring key performance indicators to meet service commitments. Additionally, you will act as the single point of accountability for decisions related to the service offering and ensure compliance with service metrics. Your role will also involve handling escalations, identifying operational improvements, and maintaining vendor relationships.

 

 

Key Tasks:

 

- Ownership and maintenance of service organization and processes

 

- Account maintenance and creation for RADA (now CIDM) groups

 

- Organization of server patching windows and updates

 

- License renewal and tracking of purchase orders

 

- Server requests and configurations

 

- Decommissioning of systems

 

- Renewal of certificates for cloud and server

 

- Documenting and maintaining eDiscovery architecture

 

- Resolving vulnerability issues

 

- Collaboration with other teams as a point of contact

 

As the Data Source Lead for eDiscovery (50% of the role), you will be based in Informatics and act as the liaison between our eDiscovery team and Informatics. You will be trained to understand the technical requirements and legal impact of eDiscovery, and translate into actionable steps across. You will collaborate closely with IT to influence the roadmap and feature evolution of Google Vault and other Google applications to ensure compliant eDiscovery integrations. Additionally, you will manage internal eDiscovery data governance processes for various data sources.

 

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

 

- Overseeing the eDiscovery Data Steward Network and mapping data locations

 

- Collaborating with data stewards on legal holds and exports

 

- Developing and implementing processes for managing legal holds and data exports for non-custodial sources

 

- Maintaining relationships with Google Vault product managers and engineering teams

 

- Influencing the roadmap and feature evolution of Google Vault

 

- Reviewing new system submissions and evaluating eDiscovery requirements

 

- Addressing data source gaps and challenges and advocating for eDiscovery compliance

 

- Representing eDiscovery requirements within IT for system migration, archiving, and decommissioning
